How To Use This Site
You can shop for products 3 different ways:
1. You can shop our entire online catalog by clicking on the "Shop Online Catalog" icon, located on our homepage.
2. If you cannot find the items you are searching for online, you may still order it online if you have information (price, description or item #) for the item you wish to purchase. Simply click on our "Blank Order Form" and type in the product information. From there, continue to shop or proceed to our secure checkout stand.
3. You can fill out an order form online (using our "Blank Order Form" or online catalog and fax it to 757-431-4670.
Payment
We gladly accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Taps Gift Certificates, check, State, City or School Purchase Orders. Payments
made by check, Taps Gift Certificate or Purchase Order will be processed but not shipped until we receive them by mail. Please include your order number
with any of these payment methods when mailing them to us. Our mailing address is:

Shipping & Receipt of Order
To check the status of your order, please send an e-mail to info@tapsonline.com and sure to include your order number.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately following submitting. Within 24 hours of placing an order you will receive an estimated shipping date.
Standard shipping costs are 20% of the order total for orders under $100 with a minimum charge of $4.50. For orders over $100, the shipping costs are 15% of the order total.
Some items may incur additional shipping charges because of weight or size.
Orders over $500 receive Free Freight! (Does not apply to furniture or equipment)
In the event that an item(s) has to be backordered because of non-availability, you may select (by phone or e-mail) to hold that order until it is complete or to ship your order incomplete, shipping
any backordered item(s) when it becomes available. When delivery of an order is made in separate shipments, each shipment total will be used to determine shipping costs.
Returns
Our highest priority is customer satisfaction! You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full credit towards any future purchase, excluding charges for shipping. (Also excludes books.) All returned items must be in their
original packaging and be in good condition. To return a product to TapsOnline:
1. Send your request to returns@tapsonline.com. Within 24 hours you will receive a return authorization number. No item will be credited without this return authorization number.
2. Wrap the package carefully and include the original packing slip. Be sure to note the return authorization number on the packaging slip or on the outside of the box beneath our address. Items must be in their original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot refund purchases of opened software, CD's, music or video tapes but will exchange them for the same title
