| Returns |

| Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured since you are responsible for all materials returned. All claims for damaged items or returns must be made within five days of delivery. Returns not accepted on furniture, carpets, software, or music. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. |
